I’ve spent most of my career in consumer software and start-ups—fun, but definitely a grind. ;-)
Fresh out of college, I landed a gig at Silicon Beach Software, a top Mac company known for games, graphics tools, and productivity software. It was the perfect launchpad into all facets of marketing, PR, product management, and biz dev. Later, I co-founded a software company with some friends around a Silicon Beach app called SuperCard, with big hopes and potential, though we never quite hit escape velocity.
In the late '90s and 2000s, I worked for a defense contractor in their cyber security division, with an SEO consultancy, and IOT company, SONY, and a Linux desktop start-up, built to take on Microsoft, among others. But for the past 19 years, I’ve really found my groove—bridging the creative and technical—while working with thousands of photographers at companies like Nik Software, Google, Skylum, and SlickPic.

Outside of work, I enjoy photography, motorcycling, camping, pickleball, and dabbling in crypto. I live in San Diego and enjoy family life with my wife, son, daughter, three cats and a dog. ;)
